Refund policy

Introduction

Thank you for your purchase from ChicWearShop. We do everything we can to provide you with quality products and impeccable service. This policy outlines our return and refund conditions for our customized products.

Products

Personalized items are made to order according to your instructions (text, logo, design, color, size, placement, etc.). Due to their unique nature, these products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in the event of an error on our part or a proven manufacturing defect.

Once production has started, no cancellation will be possible.

Proof approval

When we provide you with a proof or preview prior to production, it is your responsibility to carefully check all details (spelling, placement, color, size, etc.). Approving the proof confirms your agreement to proceed with production. Errors on a proof approved by you cannot give rise to a refund or a free replacement shipment.

Damage or production errors

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at: contact@ChicWearShop.com.

We may ask you for photos of the product and packaging in order to assess the issue. If our responsibility is confirmed, a replacement or a refund may be offered.

Return procedure

To initiate a return for a non-personalized item, contact us at: contact@ChicWearShop.com.

If your request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to proceed. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Right of withdrawal

This right does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalized, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Return shipping costs

Except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
