Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale or commercial export.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once the products are handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

ChicWearShop is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, your purchases and sales are made directly with ChicWearShop. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and ChicWearShop, including any injury, damage, or loss related to products and services purchased. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any liability related to your purchases and transactions with ChicWearShop.
